ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />A. Heather Shotwell, 9 Tidewater Drive, Redwood City, co-chair of the School and <br /> Community Center Committee, Redwood Shores Homeowners Association, asked <br /> Council for a status report on the proposed school and community center agreement <br /> between the City of Redwood City and the Belmont School District, including purchase <br /> of land from Redwood Shores Properties, Inc. <br /> Councilwoman La Berge provided a status report on the draft agreement reached in <br /> December and described the process of negotiating a long term lease and land use issues. <br /> Councilwoman La Berge reaffirmed the Council's support and commitment to this <br /> project.
