Mayor Gasparini advised her colleagues that she had been a member of the Board of the <br /> Sequoia A wards long before she became a Councilmember, and she has been asked by <br /> Chairperson Ted Hannig to sign a letter on behalf of the Awards along with Supervisor <br /> Ruben Barrales. Mayor Gasparini stated that the letter will not be on City letterhead, and <br /> according to the City Attorney, she could exercise her own discretion. Mayor Gasparini <br /> asked her colleagues for approval to sign the letter, and they all approved. <br /> MEMO 1/24/95 <br />B.
