PUBLIC COMMENT - None <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 4. STUDY SESSION SUBJECTS: <br /> Mayor Gasparini announced that for the next few months the Council would conduct two <br /> business meetings on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month in the Board of Supervisors <br /> Chambers at 401 Marshall Street, and two study sessions on the 2nd and 4th Mondays in the <br /> Community Room of the Library at 1044 Middlefield Road. <br /> Mayor Gasparini announced a new format for study sessions.
