Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez, Managers of3700 Rolison Road; <br /> (207) <br /> Mayor Gasparini presented a framed Certificate of Appreciation to Ignacio and Susan <br /> Hernandez for their outstanding managerial performance in changing 3730-3770 Rolison <br /> Road from a neighborhood eyesore and magnet for trouble, to a clean, well-lighted and <br /> well maintained housing complex.
