At the <br /> February 27, 1995, meeting, Council added specific language amending the proposed <br /> Development Agreement, directed staff to offer it to the developer with the offer in effect <br /> for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of submittal. <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeld removed this Item 2.M. to ask staff the status of the amended <br /> Development Agreement that Council approved on February 27, 1995. City Attorney <br /> Schricker and City Manager Everett advised that the amended Development Agreement <br /> had been sent to the developers at the end oflast week.
