STAFF REPORTS <br /> A. Construction Manager Contractor (CMlGC) for the City Hall Reconstruction Project; <br /> Staff Report: City Engineer, May 22, 1995 <br /> Planning Director Patterson presented the staff report and described the new process. <br /> The request is to enter into a contract for the Construction Management of the new City <br /> Hall. Planning Director Patterson introduced Milt Morgan of Morgan Associates. <br /> Milt Morgan described the process of selecting a Construction Manager and the <br /> advantages of this procedure. After reviewing and interviewing several companies <br /> Rudolph and Sletten was selected as the finalist. <br /> Ken Sletten, Rudoph and Sletten, Inc., thanked the Council and the City Attorney for <br /> the process, the team partnership and discussed the quality, dedication and commitment of <br /> his company to the success of the project.
