Maintenance Log <br /> Scheidt & Bachmann shall maintain Maintenance Logs of all preventative maintenance and <br /> corrective repair services during the warranty period or for any services performed thereafter. <br /> The logs shall be in the standard S&B format. Examples of the Scheidt & Bachmann standard <br /> Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) are attached for review, prior to system installation <br /> and it is understood that this may be modified to meet the needs of the project. <br /> The active logs shall be available for inspection by the project personnel at any time during the <br /> warranty time or maintenance contract thereafter. The Maintenance Logs shall be tu�ned over <br /> to the Owner at the end of the warranty period. Additional maintenance logs will also be <br /> provided throughout the term of any service contract. The logs shall include a parameter driven <br /> maintenance log (by date, by comment type, by specific module, by problem type) and <br /> inventory reports. In addition, the logs shall itemize the history of preventive maintenance and <br /> corrective/repair activities and be kept on a component-by-component basis.
