Description: During this session, reports from the previous week's activity will be copied and
distributed to each attendee. They will be reviewed as to format and content. The group will
then proceed to audit the operation using the system's reports.
Maintenance Training lnitial
Training Session
When: 20 Days prior to Phase II system activation
#of Aitendees: 3
#of Sessions: 1 ( 3 trainees per session )
Session Length: 8 Hours
Description: The training session will include a discussion on the PARCS system functionality. At
this session, the POF equipment will be available for examination and discussion. Routine
operational procedures will be demonstrated including the loading of tickets, receipt paper,
coupons, POF cassettes, etc. Diagnostic and adjustment procedures will be discussed and
demonstrated at this time. Preventative maintenance procedures and schedules will also be
discussed.
Testing Plan
Scheidt & Bachmann proposes a series of tests that provide sequential confirmation of the PARCS
functionality. It allows the operator to examine the system and evaluate compliance in a very
systematic fashion. Note that the description below clearly indicates the role the owner and/or it
representative play in the overall testing process. The overall testing process is broken down into
four (4} very specific testing components. They are as follows:
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Lane Acceptance Test (LAT)
• Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Operation Demonstration Test (ODT)
Each individual test step is defined as to its objective, criteria, duration, and required attendees.
While each test takes place in accordance with specific project milestones, all of the testing
criteria are based upon the System Design Document or SDD.
REV:09-10-15 VR
ATTY/AGR.2015.217/Scheidt& Bachmann USA, Inc.
