O. Box 269101 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95826 <br /> Notice of change of address or telephone number shall be given by written <br /> notice in the manner described in this section. LESSEE is obligated to <br /> notice all State offices listed above and the failure to provide notice to all <br /> State offices shall constitute a lack of notice. Nothing contained herein <br /> shall preclude the giving of any such notice by personal service <br /> PROPERTY 8. LESSEE has visited and inspected the Premises and it is agreed that the <br /> INSPECTIONS area described herein is only approximate in size and the STATE does <br /> not hereby warrant or guarantee the actual area included hereunder. <br /> HOLDING 9. No Hold-Over of Premises by LESSEE after lease expiration will be <br /> OVER & allowed. STATE offers and LESSEE accepts that neither Premises nor <br /> LEASE any other space or facilities at the site described herein will be available <br /> RENEWAL to LESSEE beyond the approved lease term. LESSEE will vacate and <br /> return Premises to STATE by the Lease Termination Date described <br /> herein. <br /> ACCESS TO 10.
