<br /> Mayor Gasparini discussed the possibility of a group working together to list the pro's and <br /> con's of the issues and possible solutions before the July 17, 1995 study session. <br /> MEMO 6/20/95 <br /> City Manger Everett stated that the staff will review the EIR and provide information on what <br /> is and is not mitigatible based on the EIR, provide further information on property values and <br /> congestion management and possible alternatives. <br /> Vice Mayor Hartnett agrees with the process outlined by the City Manager and prefers to <br /> have a short report identifying the issues with the pro's and con's and further information <br /> provided from the Planning Commission. <br /> Mayor Gasparini stated that a fact sheet will be provided. <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 7.
