Steve Penna, member of the Senior Affairs Commission, spoke in favor of an
architectural/structural study of Carrington Hall and asked that Council approve
funding of that study.
Councilmembers asked more questions of staff and discussed Carrington Hall and
all its aspects thorougWy, including private and business resources and fund raising
to renovate Carrington, and other priorities.
