<br /> Steve Penna, member of the Senior Affairs Commission, spoke in favor of an <br /> architectural/structural study of Carrington Hall and asked that Council approve <br /> funding of that study. <br /> Councilmembers asked more questions of staff and discussed Carrington Hall and <br /> all its aspects thorougWy, including private and business resources and fund raising <br /> to renovate Carrington, and other priorities.
