Vice Mayor Hartnett added that if the City received a request for a <br /> series of actions, that the City should undertake to do the simplest of actions first, and let <br /> people judge by the Council's decision at that time - the simplest action being prezoning. <br /> Councilwoman Howard encouraged the developers to have a facilitator on board if they <br /> choose to do so to talk about some of the differences extant. <br />6.
