11. Insurance. Cansultant shail abtain and maintain for the duration of the <br /> Agreement and any and all amendments, insurance against claims for injuries to <br /> persons or damage to property which may arise out of or in connectian with <br /> performance of the Services by Cansuitant or Consultant's agents, representatives, <br /> employees or subcontractors. The insurance carrier is required to maintain an A.M. <br /> Best ra#ing of not less than "A-: Vli". <br /> 11.1 Coveraqes and Limits. Consuliant, at its sole expense, shall maintain th� <br /> types of caverages and minimum limits indicated below, unless otherwise <br /> approved by City in writing. These minimum amounts �f coverage will not. <br /> constitute any kimitatic�ns or cap on Consultant's indemnific�tion obligations und�r <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 11.1,1 Commerckal General Liabilitv Insurance. Consuf#ant shall maintain <br /> occurrence based coverage with limits nat less than $1,000,000 per <br /> occurrence. If the submitted poficies conkain aggregate limits, such limits <br /> will appiy separately to the Services, project, or location that is the subject <br /> of this Agreement ar the aggregate wiU be twice the required per <br /> occurrence Iimit. The Gommercial General Liability insurance policy shall <br /> be ende�rsed to name the City, its officers, agents, employees and <br /> volunte�rs as additional insureds, and to stat� that the insur�nce will be <br /> primary and not contribute with any insurance or self-insuranc� <br /> maintained by the City <br /> 11.1.2 Business Automobile Liability Insurance. Consultant shall maintain <br /> caverage v✓ith limits nat Isss than $1,000,000 per each accident for <br /> owned, hired and non-owned autamobiles. <br /> 11.1.3 Warkers' Corr�p�nsation Insurance. Cansultant shall maintain <br /> caverage as required by the California Labor Code. The Workers' <br /> Compensation palicy shall contain an endorsement stating that the insurer <br /> waives any right to subrogation against the City, its afficers, agents, <br /> employ�es and volunteers. <br /> '�1.1.4 Ernployer's Liabilitv Insurance.
