City will evaluate Consultan#'s duties pursuant to this <br /> Agreement to determine wh�ther disclosure under the Politicaf Reform Act and City's <br /> Conflic# of Interest Cade is r�quired of Consu{tant ar any of Consuitant's employees, <br /> agents, or subcontractcrrs. Should it be determined that disclosure is required, <br /> Consultant or Consultant's affected employees, agents, or subcontractars will complete <br /> and fils with the City Clerk thase schadules specified by Gity and contained in the <br /> Statement of Economic Interests Form 700. <br /> Cansultant, for CpnSUltant and on behalf of Consultant's agents, em�aloyees, <br /> subcc�ntractors and consultants warrants that by execution of #his Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, present or contemplated, in the projects affected by this Agreement. <br /> Consultant further warrants that neither Consultant, nor Consultant's agents, <br /> employees, subcontractors and cansultants have any ancillary real property, business <br /> interests or inc+�me that will be affected by this Agreement or, alternatively, that <br /> Consuitant will fiEe with City an affidavit disclosing this interest. <br /> 18. G�neral Compliance with Laws. Consultant will keep fully infarmed of federal, <br /> state and Eocal laws and ardinancss and regulations which in any manner affect those <br /> employed by Consultant, c�r in any way affect the perfarmance of the Services by <br /> C�ansultant. Cansultant wi�l at ali times observe and comply with these (aws, ordinances, <br /> and regulations and w�l! be resp4nsible for the compfiance of Consuitant`s Services with <br /> all applicable Eaws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> 19. Discrimina#ian and Harassment Prohibited. Cansultant will compfy with all <br /> applicable lacal, state and federa� laws and regulafians pr�hibiting diseriminatian and <br /> harassment. <br /> 20. Termination. In the event of the Cansuitant's failure to prosecute, de(iver, ar <br /> perform the Services, City may terminate this Agre�ment far nonperformance by <br /> natifying Consultant in writing pursuant to the notice provisions of this Agreement. <br /> if City decides to abandon ar postpone the work or services cantempl�ted by this <br /> Agreement, City may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Consultant <br /> pursuant to the natice provisions af th�s Agreement.
