6.4.A. - Page 3 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2 (DEFINITIONS) AND ARTICLE 17A <br /> (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL INCUBATOR DISTRICT) OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE FOR CHANGES TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br /> USES AND MISCELLANEOUS CLEAN UP AMENDMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Article 2 and Article 17A Zoning Ordinance Amendment is <br /> comprised of changes to permitted, conditionally permitted and prohibited uses and correction <br /> of typos; and <br /> WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing on the Article 2 and Article 17A Zoning Ordinance <br /> Amendment was duly published in the Daily News at least 10 days prior to the public hearing; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 3, 2015, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to <br /> consider a draft ordinance to the regulations and provide direction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 4, 2015, the Planning Commission recommended the City <br /> Council adopt the Article 2 and Article 17A Zoning Ordinance Amendments with modifications <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, on September 21, 2015, the City Council held a public hearing to consider <br /> the Planning Commission recommendation on the draft ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, a notice of public hearing on the proposed amendments was mailed to <br /> potentially affected properties within the City and properties within 300 feet and duly published <br /> in the Daily News 10 days prior to the public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the duly noticed September 21, 2015, public hearing, the City Council <br /> considered the whole of the record, including the Initial Study Checklist and Negative <br /> Declaration dated July 17, 2015 and public comments received within the comment period; and <br /> WHEREAS, after the public hearing, the City Council considered and found that the <br /> Initial Study and Negative Declaration are adequate and comply with CEQA and adopted the <br /> Initial Study and Negative Declaration; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
