Recommend additional analysis for the Initial Study/Negative Declaration. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> No fiscal impact to the City is expected with the proposed changes. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> An environmental analysis was prepared, and on the basis of that Initial Study, staff has <br /> determined that the project will not have a significant impact upon the environment. A <br /> Draft Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact has been prepared (Attachment 2). <br /> The Notice of Intent to Adopt a Negative Declaration was posted on Friday, June 26. <br /> The comment period closed on Friday, July 17, 2015. An addendum was included to <br /> address the recommended changes proposed by the Planning Commission <br /> (Attachment 3).
