Presentation of City Plaques in recognition of outstanding service to the community: (207) <br /> Guy Bennett, Board of Port Commissioners, two terms, August, 1985 to August, 1995 <br /> Port Commissioners Guy Smith and Jack Castle presented outgoing Commissioner Guy <br /> Bennett with a jar of beans to mark the departure of their favorite CPA. <br /> Mayor Dani Gasparini presented the plaque to Guy Bennett and thanked him for his ten <br /> years of distinguished service. <br /> Betty Moran, Civic Cultural Commission, four terms, May, 1979 to April, 1995; <br /> Mayor Gasparini presented the plaque to Betty Moran and thanked her for her sixteen <br /> years of distinguished service. <br /> John McGraw, Traffic Advisory Committee, one term, April, 1991, to April, 1995; <br /> Mayor Gasparini presented the plaque to John McGraw and thanked him for his four <br /> years of distinguished service. <br /> Winnie Airaudi, Traffic Advisory Committee, one term, April, 1991, to April, 1995; <br /> Winnie Airaudi was unable to attend. Mayor Gasparini advised that the plaque would be <br /> mailed to Ms. Airaudi. <br /> B.
