Staff report; <br /> REPORT: City Engineer, September 25, 1995 <br /> Lowell Sue, Senior Civil Engineer, presented the staff report, used overheads to show <br /> the district's boundaries, described the meetings held with the property owners and <br /> utility companies, described the utilities companies' funding using 20A and 32A <br /> funds, listed costs to property owners and the City, and advised funds were available <br /> for this project in the CIP. <br /> In response to Council questions, City Manager Everett advised there were funds in <br /> the CIP for undergrounding Winslow as well, at a later date. <br /> 2.
