PUBLIC HEARING - To consider the establishment of the City Center Underground Utility District No. 1995-1; (804) Affidavits of mailing and publishing are on file in the City Clerk Department. 1. Staff report; REPORT: City Engineer, September 25, 1995 Lowell Sue, Senior Civil Engineer, presented the staff report, used overheads to show the district's boundaries, described the meetings held with the property owners and utility companies, described the utilities companies' funding using 20A and 32A funds, listed costs to property owners and the City, and advised funds were available for this project in the CIP. In response to Council questions, City Manager Everett advised there were funds in the CIP for undergrounding Winslow as well, at a later date. 2. Open public hearing; Mayor Pro Tem Hartnett declared the public hearing open at 8:44 P.M.
