Accept the Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal - 1995 Project, and authorize the release of bonds; (Franklin Construction Inc.) (304) MINUTE ORDER NO. 95-202 C. Accept the VoicelData Cabling for the Temporary City Hall Facility project, approve all change orders, and authorize the release of bonds; (Bass Telecom, Inc.) (304) MINUTE ORDER NO. 95-203 D.
