The foregoing conditions will serve to assure that a reasonable <br /> amount of on-site parking will be available for patrons of the commercial portion <br /> of the Project. <br /> 14. The Property is located within City of Redwood City Parking District <br /> No.1, established pursuant to the Parking District Law of 1951 (Streets & Hwy. <br /> Code § 35100 et seq.). <br /> 15. Off-street parking requirements of the Zon. Ord. may be reduced or <br /> eliminated for any building or use located within a parking assessment district <br /> pursuant to which public parking has been provided (Zon. Ord. § 30.16). <br /> 16. The exception to the off-street parking requirements provided under <br /> the Planned Development Permit is authorized pursuant to the aforesaid <br /> provisions of Section 30.16 of the Zon. Ord. and is consistent with the intent and <br /> purpose of said Section. <br /> Conclusions <br /> 1. The appeal should be, and is hereby, denied. <br /> 2.
