(304) <br /> REPORTS: Senior Planner, November 6, 1995 <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeld advised that F.T.B knew there would be CalTrans delays and <br /> they should not charge the taxpayers for the additional work. Councilwoman Steinfeld <br /> stated it was inappropriate to spend money on entry features during these times of fiscal <br /> constraint, and expressed her concerns regarding safety around the railroad tracks and the <br /> inappropriateness of the existing signs. <br /> In response to Council candidate Councilman Sanfilipo's questions regarding final <br /> approvals, Community Development Director Nelson advised that staff would be <br /> coming back to Council with the details of improvements including linking Winslow to <br /> the railroad platform. <br /> D.
