These events are subject to and <br />in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br />Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by the <br />City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. Parade. Festival Arts & Crafts Fair. and Fireworks Display: Permittee <br /> shall sponsor said activities. <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City. <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br /> reserved therefore in the areas shown on the attached map of the letter <br /> dated April 30, 2004. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be <br /> conducted and the streets reserved therefore on Jefferson Avenue from <br /> Veterans Boulevard to Marshall Street and Bradford Street from Main Street <br /> to Middlefield Road. In conjunction with the fireworks display, the Police <br /> Department will implement street closures, and traffic control measures <br /> needed to maintain orderly vehicular traffic. <br /> 1 <br /> .._... - <br />
