As a result of discussions between the applicant and the appellants, <br />an 8-story proposal was submitted (“Eight-Story Proposal”). One of the appellants also <br />required the applicant to agree to additional project conditions. <br /> <br />Eight-story proposal details: <br />The settlement agreements between the Applicant and two of the three Appellants <br />(Geoffrey T.
