Councilman Greenalch asked his colleagues
to consider employing an independent counsel to look into these charges of
unethical conduct; and suggested that a retired San Mateo judge be employed
to focus on a limited exploration of the facts, and report back to Council.
Councilman Greenalch asked that this matter be scheduled for the Council
Meeting of October 25, 1993.
MEMO 10/5/93
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.
