<br />H. Police Chief Guardino thanked the Council for the state-of-the-art police <br />facility completed and opened this year; and, presented each Councilmember <br />with a photograph of the entire Police Department and Council taken on the <br />day the new Police facility opened. In response to Council questions Chief <br />Guardino reported on the successful emergency preparedness exercise <br />conducted by the City on October 22nd at the Emergency Operations Center <br />located in the new Police facility. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. Lease Agreement with J & S Management for office space at 702 Marshall <br />Street for the Finance Department, including Data Services; (702-02) <br />REPORT: Acting Finance Director, October 25, 1993 <br />Acting Finance Director Ponty presented the staff report. In response to a <br />request from Councilman Sanfilipo, Mr. Ponty agreed to add the names of the <br />owners of the building to the lease in addition to the management company. <br />TITLE READ.
