Terms: <br /> • Consultant shall work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available two <br /> days a week at City Hall and other days as needed. <br /> • Consultant's services will be billed on the basis of hourly rate of$165. Mileage to <br /> attend required meetings is billed at $57.5 cents per mile. Consultant will not bill <br /> for travel time and expenses to and from City Hall <br /> � If permitted, consultant may use City vehicles for attendance at meetings outside <br /> City Hall. <br /> � Out-of-pocket expenses for materials, meeting registrations, etc. shall be <br /> approved in advance by the City Manager and/or Assistant City <br /> Manager/Community Development Director.
