PUBLIC HEARING - Findings and Recommendations of the Zoning Administrator <br /> pursuant to Section 42.9 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding Revocation <br /> Procedures to modify and/or impose new conditions in lieu of Taco Bell's Use <br /> Permit at 910 Woodside Road (continued from November 1, 1993) (203-06) <br /> Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Public Hearing is on file in the <br /> City Clerk Department. <br /> REPORT: Acting Planning Director, November 29, 1993 <br /> 1. Acting Planning Director Jany presented the staff report and described <br /> the ten conditions to the Use Permit proposed by staff. <br /> The following conditions are recommended: <br /> 1) That the hours of operation of the Taco Bell restaurant be restricted <br /> from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Sunday through Thursday, and 7:00 A.M. to <br /> 11:00 P.M. Friday through Saturday. The parking lot shall be closed <br /> off to traffic after closing hours. <br /> 2) That a security guard be present on site from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. <br /> Friday through Saturday and 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 Sunday through Thursday <br /> to monitor and enforce customer related nuisances involving loitering <br /> and excessive noise disturbances. <br /> 3) That Taco Bell employees patrol the site regularly and take immediate <br /> pro-active measures to abate any noise or related disturbances caused <br /> on-site by Taco Bell customers. Coordination with the Redwood City <br /> Police Department is strongly encouraged.
