6.1.A. - Page 6 <br /> 1.4 PROJECT MANAGER shall exercise its best professional efforts to <br /> ensure attendance and participation of all appropriate project team <br /> resources at scheduled meetings to assure best results and process buy- <br /> in. <br /> DELIVERABLES (TASK 2) <br /> 2.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall facilitate review of and make <br /> recommendations on adjustment to the communications protocol plan, as <br /> prepared by developer or developer's contractor or separate consultants_ <br /> 2.2 PROJECT MANAGER shall use established communications protocol <br /> plan to ensure contractor compliance with established procedures. <br /> PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> 3.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall commence services upon issues of a Notice <br /> to Proceed from City. Services will be considered complete upon issuance <br /> of a Notice of Completion. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> 4.1 PROJECT MANAGER shall render services as directed by CITY <br /> ENGINEER, or his designated representative, with understanding that <br /> hours of service may vary, depending on the stage of the project and <br /> needs, but typically will not exceed 10 hours per week.
