<br /> MODIFICATION TO FORM OF AGREEMENT WITH CITY HALL DESIGN ARCHITECTS. <br /> (702-02) <br /> REPORT: Planning Director, February 9, 1994 <br /> In answer to Councilman Sanfilipols questions regarding why the IIhold <br /> harmless agreementll was being removed from the contract, Director Patterson <br /> explained that the nature of the task did not require this standard clause. <br /> City Attorney Schricker and City Manager Everett advised that all five <br /> architects involved in the design competition advised they would not sign a <br /> contract with the clause in it, and City Attorney Schricker advised that <br /> deletion of the clause was acceptable. <br /> M/S: LA BERGE/STEINFELD TO APPROVE MODIFICATION TO FORM OF AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CITY HALL DESIGN ARCHITECTS <br /> CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS ROLL CALL VOTE.
