Evaluation of Supalv versus Demand Per CWC Section 10635(a),the 2015 UWMP must include an assessment of the reliability of the Cit�/s water supply as compared to projected demands during future normal, dry, and multiple dry water years. Based on information developed as part of the 2015 UWMP, EKI will compare the Cit�/s projected water supply to projected water demand in five-year increments for the next 25 years during various year types. To the extent that there are significant shortfalls or uncertainties identified, EKI will bring these issues to the Cit�s attention so that they can be addressed prior to drafting the Draft UWMP. Conduct Workshon#2 Workshop#2 will include a presentation of the information identified above and will consist of a one to two hour meeting with all appropriate stakeholders as identified by the City. During Workshop #2 EKI will obtain input from the City and stakeholders regarding water supply projections, current and projected usage of recycled water, water source quality, and the evaluation of projected water supplies as compared to projected demands. EKI will work with the City in order to determine how best to include this information into the Draft UWMP. Task 3 Delivera6les: • Draft supply projections including descriptions of water availability and reliability • Draft description of current recycled waier usage and expansion efforts • Draft evaluation of water qualify by source • Draftsupply versus demand projedion comparisons • Workshop#2 agenda and minutes Task 4- Prepare and Submit Administrative Draft and Final 2015 UWMP Task 4 includes the preparation of the written UWMP documents for the City and public review, incorporation of feedback,and subsequent preparation and submission of a final 2015 UWMP. Draft UWMP EKI will prepare a Draft UWMP based upon the comments received during the workshops and distribute the document to the City and identified stakeholders. The Draft UWMP should already contain information that has been reviewed by the City thus necessitating less time by staff in reviewing the document. EKI has assumed that we will provide an electronic PDF copy of the Draft UWMP for the Cit�/s review. Additional paper copies can be provided if desired and included in the final scope of work for the Project. Preparation and Filina of Fina!UWMP Once the City has consolidated all comments from reviewers, EKI will meet to discuss the comments received for incorporation into the Final UWMP.
