BOARDS, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> A. FOX THEATRE FINANCIAL REVIEW SUB-COMMITTEE REPORT. <br /> Councilwoman Steinfeld presented the staff report. Councilwoman Steinfeld advised there is one <br /> contract that must be completed before the release of the $30,000 and asked her colleagues to <br /> consider Redevelopment Agency funding before the Task Force presentation, <br /> SUB-COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The release of$30,000 allocated for Peninsula Center Stage in the 1993-94 budget based on <br /> review of the audited financial statements of Peninsula Stage; <br /> 2) Council review, discuss and make decisions on the policy questions and issues presented in the <br /> Sub-Committee Report, after presentation of the Fox Theatre Task Force and prior to <br /> consideration of 1994-95 funding for Peninsula Center Stage; and <br /> 3) Council consider the inclusion of a two Council Member financial review committee as an <br /> ongoing part of the funding process. <br /> Councilman GreenaIch advised that the Council will look at policy issues that can be agreed upon <br /> before the discussions of the FY 1994/95 Budget. <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO. 52 <br /> Regular Meeting Minutes Page No. 153 <br /> February 28, 1994 <br /> Page 9 <br /> . - <br />
