7. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. Marina Shores Village (MSV) -- (topic continued from May 24, 2004).(100) <br />A verbatim meeting transcript, as prepared by Court Reporter Lucy Grubbs, <br />contains full account of the proceedings on this topic. A copy of the <br />verbatim meeting transcript is on file with the City Clerk department. <br />Recommendation: <br />Review the requested information on the Marina Shores Village Project, and take <br />the following actions in the order presented as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission to approve MSV : <br />M/S Hartnett/Pierce to: <br />1. Adopt a Resolution approving the attached Findings and Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations, and approving the accompanying Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program (Attachment 3 of the May 24, 2004, staff report), <br />including Attachment "B" in the June 7, 2004 packet. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14590 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS CONCERNING MITIGATION <br />MEASURES, ADOPTING A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING <br />PROGRAM, MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING ALTERNATIVES, AND <br />ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT <br />FOR MARINA SHORES VILLAGE <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />M/S Hartnett/Foust to: <br />2.
