ADOPT RESOLUTION 14591 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AMENDING THE STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE PENINSULA MARINA, AS FURTHER <br />DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION, FROM COMMERCIAL /OFFICE — OFFICE <br />PARK ORIENTED USE TO MIXED USE (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL); <br />TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT BAIR ISLAND ROAD SITE, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS <br />RESOLUTION, FROM COMMERCIAL /OFFICE — OFFICE PARK ORIENTED USE <br />TO MIXED USE (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL); AND TO PERMIT <br />INCREASES IN NET SITE DENSITY BASED ON THE DENSITY PROVISIONS <br />OF A PARTICULAR PRECISE PLAN <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />M/S Hartnett/Bain to: <br />3. Introduce an Ordinance approving the Precise Plan for the Marina Shores <br />Village (Attachment 5 of the May 24, 2004, staff report). <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ADOPTING THE MARINA SHORES VILLAGE PRECISE PLAN <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER 04 -103 <br />M/S Foust/Ruskin to: <br />4.
