Introduce an Ordinance approving a Development Agreement with <br />Glenborough - Pauls, LLC for Marina Shores Village (Attachment 7 of the <br />May 24, 2004, staff report). <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND GLENBOROUGH -PAULS FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARINA SHORES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. Requirements for Avigation Easements (Attachment A). <br />C. Recommendations outlined in the letter from the City /County <br />Association of Governments (C /CAG) regarding the Airport Land <br />Use Plan and incorporate them in the Precise Plan (Attachment <br />A).
