<br /> Nancy Bey Little spoke about the need for drive up mail boxes between the Post Office <br /> and the new City Hall. <br /> ,Tamara PiuIIe, Civic Cultural Commissioner, repeated her request for multi-purpose <br /> rooms and a gallery wall for rotating art exhibits in the new City Hall, and recommended <br /> that the area set aside for future growth in the proposed plans, be incorporated into the <br /> final design and built as part of the new City Hall -- or it might never be built. <br /> Ed Bailey had questions regarding the Council Chambers. <br /> F. Planning Director Patterson thanked the participants for the presentations and the <br /> Council and audience for their insightful questions. Director Patterson advised everyone <br /> that the Council would receive a staff report without a recommendation and the Council <br /> would make its decision on the final design for the new City Hall at its May 2, 1994, <br /> Special Council Meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Community room of the new <br /> Library. <br /> 11.
