<br /> involve potential infrastructure improvements, it will be important to include staff from
<br /> both the Planning Department and the Department of Public Works early and
<br /> throughout the process to ensure the Plan is viable.
<br /> Consultant will meet with the City on a continuing basis throughout the duration of the
<br /> work to ensure that the project continues to respond to the City's needs, constraints,
<br /> and expectations, as outlined in the Scope of Work in Section 4.3. Consultant will have
<br /> a combination of face-to-face meetings to kick-off the project and review key work
<br /> products with periodic phone conferences as necessary to ensure that input is received
<br /> from all City staff and City officials who need to be involved. Consultant will work closely
<br /> with City staff on the community outreach events and efforts, as well as at meetings with
<br /> the Planning Commission and City Council.
<br /> 5. PAYMENT AND SCHEDULE
<br /> Consultant will perform the Services for a not to exceed amount of $195,604, including
<br /> the optional task for a Corridor Advisory Group. Costs by task for the Consultant team
<br /> are in the table below. Consultant will be billed on a time and materials basis.
