The zoning code format will <br /> be based on discussions with Staff and may include form-based elements, <br /> as well as use-based and/or performance-based elements. <br /> • Streetscape Improvement Policy Recommendations—Text may address the <br /> following and/or other issues, depending on the community and City <br /> recommendations: <br /> - Complete Street Transit, Bicycle, and Pedestrian Accommodation <br /> - Pedestrian Crossing/Refuge/Intersection Improvements <br /> - Sidewalk/Parkway Strip/Frontage Easement Widths <br /> - Frontage Street Tree Type(s), Subareas <br /> - Median Street Tree Type(s), Subareas <br /> - "Green Street" Stormwater Management Opportunities <br /> - On-Street Parking Configuration(s) <br /> - Lighting and Street Furnishings <br /> - Planting Character and Materials <br /> • Implementation/Phasing — Text discussion of likely costs for recommended <br /> streetscape improvements, funding approaches, and potential phasing/ <br /> implementation options given utility conditions, City and grant financing, <br /> and/or other considerations. <br /> • Additional Supporting Sketches, Diagrams — A limited number of additional <br /> sketches, diagrams, photos, and other materials will be provided to clarify <br /> streetscape recommendations as needed. These could include schematic <br /> layout plan(s) for selected typical streetscape improvement areas including <br /> sidewalks, crosswalks, bulb-outs, median islands, street trees, streetlights, <br /> etc. <br /> 6-C Public Review Administrative Draft Plan (Consultant, team <br /> contributions). The Administrative Draft Plan will be presented at two Planning <br /> Commission meetings and two City Council meetings, as discussed in Task 3. <br /> The Plan will be revised as needed to incorporate feedback from the meetings. <br /> 4.4 COORDINATION WITH CITY DEPARTMENTS <br /> Consultant will work in close partnership with City staff through all stages of the project, <br /> from kick-off to implementation of the Corridor Plan.
