Discussion and adoption of funding for Year 2 General Program National Pollution <br /> Discharge Elimination System Storm Water Management Plan (NPDES) and the use of <br /> the San Mateo County Flood Control District as the funding mechanism to support the <br /> General Program activities. (1204-03) <br /> REPORT: City Engineer, June 15, 1994 <br /> City Engineer Luck presented the staff report and advised that the Environmental <br /> Protection Agency had imposed regulations that mandate local government to control and <br /> reduce the amount of storm water pollutant runoff into receiving waters.
