I now sit <br />through 3‐4 light changes trying to turn left to get onto McGarvey from Fernside. It has <br />added 20 minutes to my commute at 8:10am each day. I have witnessed terrible driving <br />and behavior <br /> I support the changes, however we need police enforcement of cars driving up Farm Hill <br />just past Emerald Hill intersection between 8‐9am and in the afternoon 5‐7pm <br />o Also, can speed cameras be set up at the Farm Hill/ Emerald Hill intersection? <br /> Safety – Good <br />Implementation –Bad <br />o Change to 30 mph <br />o Since using cameras to track results, use cameras to photograph speeders’ <br />license plates <br /> Cars failing to stop/yield on Emerald Hill and Jefferson in all directions <br /> Speeding continues after 9pm nightly. Consider policing Farm Hill after 9pm near <br />McGarvey on Farm Hill <br />8.A. - Page 45
