17 | Page

Thank you for listening to the Farm Hill residents, making the streets safer for
pedestrians, bicyclists and automobile drivers. Please continue to increase awareness of
pedestrians and bicyclists to the automobile drivers. Thank you.

Child almost hit four times. Now much safer. Have to wait longer but safer.

Is the stop sign a bottleneck? Any benefits of a street light?

Retired cop. Is offering help re neighbor comments
o he gives you many kudos
o side streets are an issue that people seemed to be discussing at the meeting
o he was a police officer and saw many accidents

Has there been a study to look at anticipated increase of vehicles that will be on Farm
Hill when four or five new high‐rise buildings downtown are occupied?

I live on Farm Hill. Don’t understand what the turning lane is for. There are only a
handful of families that live on Farm Hill and for the reason of turning the road has
become one lane. Now when I try to ease into the road I have to look back for the
morning traffic forever. Also the merging of one to two lanes or two to one lane is very
confusing and dangerous.

What is the timeline for the study to end? When/what date will the final decision be
made?

More traffic in neighborhoods (i.e., Fernside, Briarfield, Hastings)
o 8am 2 days a week I drive Woodside Rd. to 280. Far more traffic on Woodside. It
now takes me 3 to 4 lights at Alameda and Woodside instead of 1 or less.
8.A. - Page 60
