Mr. <br /> Luck described the grade separation between the street level ~d the walkway level, and <br /> described landings and railings that would address Councilwoman Steinfeld's concerns. In <br /> response to Council questions, Mr. Luck advised that Brian Kangas Foulk, the engineering <br /> firm for this project, and DES, would be consulted regarding this issue. <br /> A.
