<br /> City Engineer Luck presented the staff report. <br /> In response to Council questions, City Engineer Luck advised that the four additive <br /> alternates costing $50,292 were not included at this time due to the very tight budget; but, <br /> through "value engineering" and fund raising the four additive alternates were expected to <br /> be added at a later date. City Engineer Luck advised that the issues raised by Council <br /> during the Study Session of May 3, 1993 were incorporated into the final plans, including <br /> sufficient parking without building a bridge or disturbing King Street. <br /> TITLE READ.
