Task 2D- Identi�y and Prioritize and Action Plan: Under this task CONSULTANT will support the <br /> identification of an action plan to be included in the CITY's jurisdictional annex. The mitigation catalog <br /> created under task 2C and the capabilities assessment conducted under task 2A will provide the <br /> foundation for this task. Once the actions have been identified, they will be prioritized according to the <br /> prioritization schedule identified in the San Mateo County Hazard Mitigatian�Plan. <br /> Task 2E-Assemble Jurisdictional Annex: Once tasks 2A-2D are complete, CONSULTANT will assemble <br /> the CITY's jurisdictional annex for inclusion in the San Mateo County Hazard Mitigation Plan. <br /> CONSUTANT will use the templates and format prescribed by the County effort. <br /> Key CONSULTANT deliverables: The key deliverables to be completed by the CONSULTANT for this <br /> phase include: <br /> ✓ Capability assessment <br /> ✓ Risk Ranking <br /> ✓ Facilitate a SWOO session <br /> ✓ Catalog of mitigation alternatives <br /> ✓ Prioritized action plan <br /> ✓ Finalized jurisdictional annex. <br /> Phase 3 - Complete Plan Review and Adoption <br /> Under this phase, CONSULTANT will facilitate the review and adoption of the plan. This will include <br /> �resentation of draft versions of the plan to the Steering Committee, preparation of a "public review <br /> draft," completion of the plan review crosswalk, support of the adoption process and submittal of final <br /> plan package to CaIOES for review and approval. The tasks to be completed under this phase are as <br /> follows: <br /> Task 3A- Complete Plan review Crosswalk. Once the final draft plan has been prepared, and all public <br /> and Steering committee comments have been incorporated into the final draft, CONSULTANT will <br /> complete a FEMA plan review crosswalk to illustrate the plan's compliance with 44 CFR Section 201.6. <br /> A draft plan will then be forwarded along with the completed crosswalk to CaIOES with a request for <br /> "pre-adoption"review and approval. <br /> Task 3B- Plan ado�tion su�port: Once the final draft has been completed, the adoption phase of the <br /> planning process will begin. The CITY will be provided an adoptiori package that includes: sample <br /> resolution, staff report and a copy of the executive summary. CONSULTANT will prepare a standardized <br /> power point presentation that can be utilized by the CITY in its presentation Council. <br /> Key CONSULTANT deliverables: The key deliverables to be completed by the CONSULTANT for this <br /> phase include: <br /> ✓ Completion of the plan review crosswalk � <br /> ✓ Transmittal of the draft plan to CaIOES with request for pre-adoption review <br /> ✓ Example model resolutions and instructions provided to planning partner <br /> ATTY/AGR/2015.279/TETRA TECH,INC. <br /> REV:01-15-16 VR <br /> Page 12 of 13 <br />
