Deliverables: <br /> Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size plans (24"x36" plan sheets) and <br /> specifications for the project. The City will provide the City's standard title block. The <br /> Contract Document set shall bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature <br /> with a license expiration date. Consultant shall also furnish an electronic copy of <br /> the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2014 or 2015) and in PDF format, specifications <br /> in Word, cost estimate, and probable construction schedule in Excel. <br /> TASK 5-BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> The following services shall be provided during the bidding process and <br /> construction phase of the project. <br /> 1. Consultant shall provide design clarification responses during bid phase. <br /> 2. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Consultant shall respond <br /> to questions from prospective bidders. Consultant shall assist in issuing <br /> addenda, as directed by the City. <br /> 3. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre-construction meeting. <br /> 4. Consultant shall conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate <br /> stages. <br /> 5. Consultant shall review shop drawings submittals (25), change order requests <br /> (5), requests for information (10), and provide written recommendations to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. Consultant shall participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of <br /> deficiencies. <br /> 7. Consultant shall prepare"As-Built" drawings based on construction field notes and <br /> limited field review bythe Consultant. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size as-built plans on 4-mil polyester <br /> media.
