2. Consultant shail review existing pump station background information. Conduct <br /> site visit to the pump station site to assess the condition and provide <br /> recommendation for mitigation of wet well liner. <br /> 3. Consultant shall contact utilities agencies and coordinate relocation, if <br /> necessary. Show utilities on drawings. <br /> 4. Consultant shall evaluate whether existing PG&E service is adequate for the <br /> improvements. If not, coordinate with PG&E for installation of new electrical <br /> service. Submit documents for service application, if needed. <br /> 5. Consultant shall coordinate with City's SCADA consuttant, The EDCCO Group, <br /> for the design of the RTU/PLC unit and control system programming. <br /> 6. Consultant shall coordinate with Bay Area Air Quality Management District <br /> (BAAQMD) regarding newgenerator permit requirements. <br /> 7. Consultant shall prepare for review by City, 75% complete construction <br /> drawings consisting of plan views, profiles, cross-sections, construction notes, <br /> detailing of major components, utility connection points, specification outline, <br /> construction cost estimates, construction schedule and other documents, <br /> including but not limited to, details, catalogue cuts, product literature for all <br /> products, and engineering calculations. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Six (6) sets of seventy-five percent (75%) plans (24"x36" plan sheets), <br /> specification outline, and Engineer's Estimate shall be presented to the City for <br /> review. The City will provide the City's standard title block. A marked set will be <br /> returned along with City staff s comments and/or request for clarifications to the <br /> Consultant for revision. One meeting shall be scheduled with City staff after <br /> review of the 75% submittal prior to proceeding with the 100% Final Design <br /> Submittal. <br /> TASK 4- FINAL DESIGN(100%DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> With the City's approval, the Consultant shall proceed with the Final Design. <br /> Specific tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Consultant shall incorporate 75% Design Submittal review comments. <br /> 2. Consultant shall prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete <br /> construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost estimates. <br /> The submittal shall also include, but not limited to, site grading plan, cross <br /> section details, structural details, complete technical specifications, estimate of <br /> construction cost, electrical details, civil details, structural details, mechanical <br /> details, and any catalogue cuts for any special material proposed for use in the <br /> project. One meeting shall be scheduled with City staff. <br /> 3. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City <br /> for review and approval.
