TASK1 -PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> This task includes the overall management of the project. This task inciudes but is not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> 1. Consultant shall provide project coordination; communicating project issues with <br /> the City; setting up the project plan, design schedule including developing the <br /> project work plan; preparing a project schedule as well as monitoring and updating <br /> that schedule;tracking and reporting job progress. <br /> 2. Consultant shall perform Quality Control Reviews and Quality Assurance of <br /> submittals. <br /> 3. Consultant shall attend five (5) meetings with City staff; Project kick-off <br /> meeting, 75% Design Review meeting, 100% Final Design review meeting, <br /> pre-bid meeting and pre- construction meeting. <br /> TASK 2-SURVEYING AND UTI�ITIES RESEARCH <br /> This tasks includes the surveying and utilities research for the project. The tasks <br /> includes, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Consultant shall research and review the existing utilities from City as-built <br /> plans and private utility companies. <br /> 2. Consultant shall prepare the topographic base mapping for the project. All <br /> surface features (e.g. drain inlets, trees, water valves, etc.), utility information <br /> and base mapping approximately 20 feet beyond the limits of the project shall be <br /> included. <br /> 3. Consultant shall review and investigate entitlement and easements. <br /> 4. If existing utilities are in question after the field survey, the consultant may, <br /> with approval from the City, contract with a potholing company to confirm the <br /> location and depth of the utilities. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Hard and digital (AutoCAD) copies of the topographic base mapping shall be <br /> submitted by the Consultant. <br /> TASK 3-INITIAL DESIGN (75%DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> This initial design will be used as the basis for the development of the Final <br /> Design. The tasks includes, but are not limited to,the following: <br /> 1. Consultant shall develop 75% Design Submittal which shall include, but not <br /> limited to, demolition plan, site grading, general and construction notes, pipe <br /> connection details, construction details and sections, technical specifications, <br /> possible staging areas, and estimate of construction costs.
