7. Remove and replace blowers and vents for the wet well and valve vault with <br /> Hartzell fans. Install new Hartzell fan model #A42-4-10-F100GFXFC 286 CFM <br /> or approved equai. <br /> 8. Remove and replace existing wet we II guide rails. <br /> 9. Remove existing wet well ladder. <br /> 10.Remove and replace flow meter, couplings, adapters, pressure gauges, pipe <br /> supports andotherappurtenances. <br /> 11.Remove and replace existing sanitary sewer pump station's motor control <br /> center and update all existing MCC equipment and cabinet with Tesco Motor <br /> Control Center Unit or approved equal. (e.g. NEMA enclosures, circuit <br /> breakers, transformers, power relays, timers, starters, automatic transfer <br /> switch, etc.) Motor Control Center cabinet should be sized as required to fit all <br /> components. <br /> 12.Remove and replace existing VFD. Install new Allen Bradley RFX 400 or <br /> Cutler Hammer Model SV 9000 new variable frequency drive (VFD) for each <br /> pump including all components and appurtenances to support Flygt <br /> submersible pumps as required. The said models of VFD are being used by <br /> the City in its other existing pump stations. <br /> 13.Update sanitary sewer programmable logic controller (PLC) unit with Allen <br /> Bradley Micro Logix 1400 or approved equal. <br /> 14.Verify existing electrical connections and electrical bad capacity to conform <br /> to the installation of new sanitary sewer pump station's motor control center, <br /> PLC unit and new Flygt submersible pumps. <br /> 15.Coordinate with utility companies to obtain record information that maybe <br /> affected by the design or construction of the sanitary sewer pump station. <br /> 16.Coordinate with EDCCO for SCADA control system programming work. Contact <br /> Eric Daniel at 650-63-SCADA. <br /> 17.Connect to existing force mains. Point of connection to be field verified. <br /> 18.Conduct start-up and testing of inechanical and electrical structures and <br /> equipment. <br /> 19.Remove and replace existing AC pavement. <br /> 20.Remove and replace existing concrete pad, concrete pavement, concrete <br /> sidewalk and curb and gutter. <br /> 21.Furnish and install 2 inch recycled water pipeline, quick coupler valve, backflow <br /> preventer and other appurtenances. <br /> 22.Landscape restoration including but not limited to grass lawn, plants and <br /> etc. <br /> 23.Perform field investigation of the existing pump station facility to verify <br /> existing conditions. <br /> The above products specified are to replace existing equipment or products. <br /> Recommendations from consultant is requested and will be reviewed by City. <br /> C.
