The zoning code format will be based on discussions with Staff and may include form-based elements, as well as use-based and/or performance-based elements. • Sfreetscape lmprovement Policy Recommendations —Text may address the following and/or other issues, depending on the community and City recommendations: - Complete Street Transit, Bicycle, and Pedestrian Accommodation - Pedestrian Crossing/Refuge/Intersection Improvements - SidewalklParkway Strip/Frontage Easement Widths - Frontage Street Tree Type(s), Subareas - Median Street Tree Type(s), Subareas - "Green Street° Stormwater Management Opportunities - 4n-Street Parking Configuration(s) - Lighting and Street Furnishings - Planting Character and Materials • lmptementation/Phasing — Text discussion of likely costs for recammended streetscape impravements, funding approaches, and potential phasing/ implementation options given utility conditions, City and grant financing, and/or other considerations. • Additional Supporting Sketches, Diagrams — A limited number of additional sketches, diagrams, photos, and other materials will be provided to clarify streetscape recommendations as needed. These could include schematic layout plan(s} for selected typical streetscape improvement areas including sidewalks, crosswalks, bulb-outs, median islands, street trees, streetlights, etc. 6-C Public Review Administrative Draft Plan (Consultant, team contributions). The Administrative Draft Plan will be presented at two Planning Commission meetings and two City Council meetings, as discussed in Task 3.
