EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> This section outlines Consultant's amendments to the Agreement based on direction <br /> received from the City Council on February 3, 2016. These amendments include: <br /> - collecting transportation data gathering, technical analysis, and street design; <br /> - adding two community meetings, to be conducted by Consultant; and <br /> - extending the project schedule to accommodate the additional work tasks and <br /> outreach. <br /> The consultant team for the Agreement, as amended, include: <br /> • Dyett 8� Bhatia ("Consultant") <br /> • Economic & Planning Systems ("Sub-Consultant-1") <br /> • Bottomley Design 8� Planning ("Sub-Consultant-2") <br /> � W-Trans ("Sub-Consultant-3") <br /> MODIFICATION TO TASKS 2 � 3: COLLABORATION WITH CITY STAFF, <br /> COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY <br /> In collaboration with City staff, Consultant will design, facilitate, and analyze resulting <br /> input from up to two (2) additional community meetings. Workshop results will be <br /> ' presented in a summary memorandum. City staff will secure meeting venues and notify <br /> the public. These meetings will be held in similar timeframes to the two (2) community <br /> meetings outlined in the original scope of work, to allow for multiple opportunities for the <br /> public to weigh in on the project and key points in the process. Precise dates will be <br /> determined in collaboration with staff. <br /> Sub-Consultant-3 will participate in up to three (3) public meetings. These may include <br /> Planning Commission, City Council and/or community meetings. Other project team <br /> meetings are assumed in this task, up to the allocated budget resources. <br /> MODIFICATION TO TASK 4: DATA GATHERING AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS <br /> Sub-Consultant-3 will provide Consultant an Existing Transportation Conditions <br /> Summary. The summary of current t�ansportation conditions will be based on existing <br /> available data as well as new traffic counts. Consultant will coordinate with Caltrans, <br /> SamTrans, and other jurisdictions/agencies as needed to obtain information. <br /> Data Collection <br /> TrafFic Data. The following traffic data w'ill be collected: <br /> • Peak period turning movement counts (autos, trucks, pedestrians and bicyclists) <br /> at nine (9) study area intersections along EI Camino Real for the a.m. (7:00-9:00 <br /> a.m.), and p.m. peak (4:00-6:00 p.m.) periods. <br /> 1.
