Transit Operatlons <br /> An inventory of existing SamTrans bus stops, routes and service frequency will be <br /> gathered. SamTrans will be contacted to provide information such as passenger <br /> loadings, which bus stops do not currently meet their design guidelines, and any future <br /> plans for transit along the corridor. <br /> A summary of existing Caltrain service frequency will also be gathered. Caltrain will be <br /> contacted to provide information such as passenger loadings and any future plans for <br /> transit along the corridor (i.e., timing of electrification project). <br /> Parking Conditions <br /> A parking resources inventory will be conducted that includes the number of on-street <br /> public spaces along EI Camino Real and on adjacent side streets within one (1) block of <br /> EI Camino Real. Onstreet parking regulations (hourly time limits, red, blue, or white <br /> curbs, etc.) will be noted. <br /> On-street parking occupancy counts will be collected for one (1) peak weekday parking <br /> period during the midday befinreen 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Parking utilization rates for <br /> each block will be calculated by comparing parking occupancy data to the parking <br /> inventory. <br /> MODIFICATION TO TASK 5: DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND STREET DESIGN <br /> OPTIONS <br /> Using the collected traffic and parking data from Task 4, Sub-Consultant-3 will provide <br /> input to consultant team regarding the integration of Complete Street concepts into the <br /> plan alternatives. This task includes analysis of up to three (3) complete street options <br /> prepared by Sub-Consultant-2, up to the budget resources allocated, including LOS <br /> operations at study intersections anct queue length estimation at the three (3) <br /> representative intersections. Sub-Consultant-3 will also comment on transit access and <br /> transit station circulation. Documentation, including preparation of graphics, is nof <br /> assumed in this task. <br /> MODIFICATION TO BUDGET <br /> Consultant will perForm the Services described in this Amendment for a not to exceed <br /> amount of $56,000, as outlined in the tables below (see next page).
